RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and labels are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • No damage, stains, or alterations
  • Return request initiated within 14 days of delivery

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Customized or personalized merchandise
  • Undergarments and innerwear
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items returned without original tags and packaging

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Log Into Your Account

Go to your account dashboard and navigate to "Order History".

Select the Order

Find the order containing the item you wish to return.

Request Return

Click "Request Return" and select the reason for your return.

Pack the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Ship It Back

Use the prepaid shipping label we email you, or drop off at a designated location.

REFUND INFORMATION

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

SIZE EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges on all orders. Simply initiate a return request and select "Exchange - Different Size" as the reason.

Once we receive your item, we'll ship out the new size immediately. If the requested size is out of stock, we'll notify you and process a full refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
